South San Care Zone
South San Antonio Independent School District's CARE Zone (carezone@southsanisd.net) is located at 2454 W. Southcross, San Antonio, TX 78211. Since opening our doors in 2019, we have offered no-cost mental wellness services.
These evidence-based services include individual, group, family, and substance abuse counseling, as well as psychiatry, and community education groups.

The CARE Zone also partners with the agencies listed below. This form can be used if you need assistance with clothes, ESL classes, food, Medicaid and food stamp application assistance, or school supplies.
